It’s the absolute greatest time of the year: Autumn, October through December are totally lit (amazing, awesome) months, Cool temperatures, Good Food, The best Wardrobe season of the year . . . Okay, you get the point! Let’s focus on the most important point: Good Food
So, my mate and I decided to go Vegan, it’s not a first for me but for him it is. I tried the vegan lifestyle once before and started to fade away, not figuratively but literally I lost about 11 pounds and I’m still struggling to bring my sexy back . . . All 118 pounds of it, yes I weigh 107 pounds currently and yes my 118 pounds was sexy. Lol Seriously, this road to being Vegan has been a task, giving up mild-extra crispy- extra wet- all flats- hot wings with lemon pepper sprinkles has been one taunting task. May the force continue to be with me. It’s all worth it though! Being good to my body is way more important.
Any-who, although we’re 48 days away until Gobble Gooble Day; minus the Gooble for me . . . It’s never too early to start planning. I know what you’re thinking, “What’s a Thanksgiving without a good ole’ Honey Baked Turkey”. I know, heartbreaking right; nope, not really. I assure you, you’ll live without that juicy, crispy layer of honey glaze on those juicy turkey breast. Oh boy!!
So, what do Vegans eat on Thanksgiving? We eat GOOD . . .
